In an overall powerless state of being I came across a wonderful idea and felt inspired to create this modest call for peace and freedom.
In a world of turmoil and despair, some people take action right away, while some fall silent and others just look away. We feel the need to do something and feel powerless at the same time while watching the horrific news. From the comfort of my own chair I made a donation to the Red Cross.
Until I received the newsletter from Dana from #peacockandfig. She encouraged her readers to support directly by buying digital designs from Ukrainian artists through #etsy. I thought this was such a great idea! Next to the art I purchased, my eyes fell on the beautifully hand drawn embroidery patterns. I felt so inspired to design and share this digital call for peace and freedom, entirely made in #clo3d.
